CCF Tasmania are building a high-vis army to build Tasmania. We have just completed another pre-employment program to give participants the skills, knowledge and experience to join the civil construction industry. At this event we will celebrate the graduation of the latest participants.
Participants selected for the High-Vis Army Civil Construction Pre-Employment Program have almost completed their study. During this program they have undertaken their White Card, multiple safety units, Traffic Management Qualifications, Spotter training, using plant and equipment, Working at Heights, Tas Networks training and awareness in silica and asbestos. Many thanks to the Batchelor Construction Group and BlackCap group for recently hosting site tours for our participants in the Women in Civil Pre-employment Program. The ladies visited a subdivision site and a park and ride site and the learnings that the Project Managers and Site staff were able to provide was invaluable.
