AS4000 contract review and report
Access the independent report that CCFTas commissioned on behalf of the civil construction industry on the change to contracts in the AS 4000 suite. This is provided to all industry to assist you in understanding and providing feedback on these changes.
The Treasurer granted a six-month exemption to using the amended AS 4000 and will revert to AS 2124 contracts while their conditions are being reviewed by the Crown Solicitor.
